Il Bisonte produces and ships its products from Tuscany. Following the restrictive measures requested by the Italian government to deal with this health emergency, shipments and returns are temporarily suspended pending new provisions. We apologize for the inconvenience and guarantee free shipping and an extended return period for all orders after March 1st.



Can I still place an order?

Yes, you can place an order at Remember that we cannot ship your order immediately, as we normally do! Shipments are temporarily suspended.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can. However, remember that our return service is temporarily suspended and our customer service may be slower. If we don’t reply immediately, don’t worry: your return will be handled as soon as possible. The return period has been extended for all orders placed from March 1st on.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping is temporarily suspended. We don’t know exactly when you’ll receive your order but we are optimistic and plan to resume shipping soon. 

Why have shipments been suspended?

In compliance with the government decree, we have decided to suspend shipment of our products. We have closed our warehouse, located in Tuscany (Italy), and feel at this time that international transport must give priority to basic necessities (such as food) and medical supplies. 

Will I be notified when shipping resumes?

Yes, you can subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we resume shipping. We remind you that all orders placed before shipping has resumed will be processed and sent as soon as possible. 

Which shops are open?

Many of our stores worldwide are temporarily closed. Those in Italy, France and the United States are closed at this time.

Is customer service available?

Our customer service representatives are active and working safely from home. There are fewer staffers than usual, so response time may be delayed, especially during the first week of April, while we take charge of the situation.
