To request a return, simply log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and view the order you wish to return items from, then select “Details” and click “Return”. Once you filled the form click on “Save”.
If you don't have an account, you may request your return from “Contact us” or by sending an email to email@example.com indicating order number, item's code and reason for return (discretionary).
Once the procedure is completed you will receive an email with the shipping label to be attached to the box in addition to the proforma invoice. The proforma invoice should be filled in with the RM number assigned by our customer service and given to the courier upon collection.
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and all labels are intact.
Furthermore, items must be shipped with original packaging, considered to be integral part of product, so that it's properly protected during carriage.
However, if original packaging is not available anymore, a bos with similar dimensions and features may be used.
Return request may be done excusively by the person who made the order and the shipping may be only done from the Country in which the order was placed.
